Frocery is a microdelivery service which delivers the daily needs in grocery of every household from fresh fruits & vegetables to milks, breads & eggs with fastest delivery and great quality.

Are there any joining fees to be a Frocery User?

No, It's absolutely free.

How do I signup with Frocery?

Signing up with frocery is easy, you just need to signup using your mobile number.

Can I signup with multiple Mobile Numbers?

No, Frocery users can signup using only one mobile number. Incase of new account opening by the same person a different number is required.

Why is my Mobile Number mandatory?

Frocery identifies a user using their mobile number. Your mobile number is save with us, we don't sell it to third party.

What is a Free Gift?

Frocery has a unique way of rewarding it's customer everytime they buy from us. Small home essential items are locked in as a free gifts and sent out to customers without any additional charge.

Currently we only serve in Lokhandwala area, Andheri (West)

Why Is Frocery not delivering at my location?

We are in process of expanding our service area, so in future you might see multiple location there we might deliver. For suggestions you can write to us on support@frocery.com

What is minimum order value required on Frocery?

There is no minimum order value with frocery, you can order any product worth any value. However we attract a nominal delivery fee of INR 5/-. Orders above INR 99/- shall be delivered free of charge.

What are the delivery charges?

Order value below INR 99/- shall attrack a delivery charge of INR 5/- Orders above INR 99/- shall be free.

How much time does Frocery takes to deliver my order?

At our best we promise a delivery time of 90 minutes

Placing an Order with Frocery

How do I place an order with Frocery App?

Ordering on Frocery App is easy, select the item you want to purchase, add the item to the cart & place your order, however you will need to be signed in with Frocery.

Where do I see my cart items & cart value?

On the extreme right top you can view a cart icon, click on the icon, an add to cart page will be appear where you can view all your cart item with cart value and cart breakup.

Where do I see my order?

On the left menu you can click on 'My Order' and view your order details.

How do I track my order?

Can I order as small as a lemon on your app?

With Frocery you have the freedom to order any item irrespective of item value. We deliver items as small as a lemon to a bag of fruits or vegetable.

Payment related queries

What are the payment types available on Frocery App?

You can pay using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Netbanking & Cash on Delivery (COD)

What is the maximum order value I can order with Frocery?

There is no order value limit using online payments.

What is the maximum order value I can order using COD method?

COD order value over INR 2000/- will need a call confirmation, on approval the order shall be delivered.

Cancellation & Order Modification

Can I cancel a Live Order?

Yes, a live order can be cancelled until the order is not delivered/completed. If the order is delivered you can choose our easy returns.

Can I modify a Live Order?

Modification on a live order is not available, however you can choose to cancel the order & re-order using the new items.

How does Frocery refunds my order value in case of cancellation or return?

For bank orders refunds can be done in 72 hours or more. For COD orders returns can be done at your doorstep.
